Carol Adkins-Johnson and Amy Sinclair are accredited as
Home Staging Experts (HSE) and will do a walk-through assessment of the home.
- The walk-through generally takes 1 to 1-1/2 hours
- Photographs are generally taken during that time and the property should be as presentable as possible
- It is advantageous if the homeowner and/or realtor are present during the walk-through, so they are available to answer any questions regarding the property
- A written assessment will be provided to the homeowner and/or realtor, in addition to a list of helpful hints and suggestions
